How do I sync my data across devices?

Sign in with Google or Apple on each device. Your fasting, sleep, and meal data will automatically sync in real time through the cloud.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings in the app. You can choose Delete All Data (removes all history but keeps your account) or Delete Account (permanently removes everything). Both options delete data from your device and our servers.

My timer or data seems wrong after switching devices

Make sure you're signed in on both devices. The app syncs automatically when connected to the internet. If data looks stale, try pulling down to refresh or closing and reopening the app.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Stats > History and use the Export option to download your data as a JSON file.

How does HealthKit integration work?

On iOS, the app can write your sleep sessions to Apple Health. You'll be prompted for permission the first time. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy > Health on your device.

I can't sign in

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. The app uses popup-based sign-in. If you're on iOS Safari, ensure pop-ups are not blocked in Safari settings. If the issue persists, try clearing the app's data and signing in again.

What are Heart Points?

Heart Points are a daily health score calculated from your fasting, sleep, and activity. They're split into three stats: Brawn (physical), Brain (cognitive), and Bloat (digestive health). Higher is better!
