Summary: Sleep Suivour is a personal health and wellness tracker. We collect only the data needed to provide fasting, sleep, and meal tracking features. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies. Your health data is never used for advertising or data mining. You can delete all your data or your entire account at any time from within the App.

Sleep Suivour ("the App") is developed and operated by Lurio Neli ("we", "us", "our"). The App is available as a web application and as a native iOS application.

Sleep Suivour is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at sleepsuivourprivacy@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive:
You also create a username (3-20 alphanumeric characters) which is used for leaderboards and the community forum. Usernames cannot currently be changed after creation.

You can delete your own forum posts at any time. When you delete your account or all data, your leaderboard entries and forum posts are also removed.
The iOS app may request permission to send push notifications. If you grant permission, a device token is generated by Apple. This token is currently stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's Settings.
We do not collect:
Important: Your health and wellness data is used exclusively to provide the App's core tracking features. It is never used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale to third parties.
The core purpose of the App is to track your health habits. We store the following data that you voluntarily provide:
All health data listed above is classified as sensitive personal information. It is collected only with your active participation (you must manually start sessions and log activities). We use this data solely to provide the features you interact with. It is never shared with third parties for their own purposes, and never used for advertising or profiling.

The App stores your data locally in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device and persists until you clear your browser data, delete your data through the App, or uninstall the App.
When you sign in, your data is synced to Google Firebase Realtime Database. Firebase servers are located in the United States. Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections.
Firebase Security Rules ensure that each user can only read and write their own data (with the exception of public leaderboard entries and forum posts).

We do not use advertising networks, analytics services, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party trackers.
Firebase is operated by Google LLC. Google provides equivalent protection of user data under the Firebase Data Processing Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
With your explicit permission, the iOS app writes sleep session data (start time, end time, duration) to Apple HealthKit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your data is stored on Firebase servers in the United States. If you are located outside the United States (including Canada, the EEA, and the UK), your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We rely on Google's data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses for lawful cross-border data transfers.
We implement the following security measures:
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Firebase Authentication uses browser storage (localStorage and session tokens) solely for maintaining your sign-in session. No third-party cookies are set. We do not use any analytics or tracking technologies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App.
