By downloading, installing, or using Sleep Suivour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall take precedence.
Sleep Suivour is a personal health and wellness tracker that helps you monitor fasting, sleep, and eating habits. The App includes gamification features such as Heart Points, monster battles, skill progression, and leaderboards. The App is available as a web application and a native iOS application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features (cloud sync, leaderboards, forum), you must sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may create a username for use on leaderboards and the community forum. Usernames must be 3-20 alphanumeric characters and cannot currently be changed after creation. You agree not to choose a username that is offensive, impersonates another person, or violates any third-party rights.
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Sui Pro that unlocks additional features including new monsters, rare loot items, unlimited custom powerups, ghost color cosmetics, and unlimited stats history.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The core health tracking features of the App (fasting timer, sleep tracking, eating log, Heart Points, base monsters, leaderboards, and community forum) are available for free and do not require a subscription.
You may post content to the community forum. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App for the purpose of operating the forum feature.
You are solely responsible for your forum posts. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
You can delete your own forum posts at any time. Deleting your account removes all your forum posts.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, pixel art icons, characters (including Sui), and gamification systems, is owned by Lurio Neli and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Sleep Suivour is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The App is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only. The fasting timers, sleep tracking, Heart Points, and related features are tools to help you track your habits. They are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any fasting regimen, especially if you have diabetes, an eating disorder, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication.
The gamification elements (monster battles, damage calculations, Heart Points) are motivational tools and do not represent actual medical outcomes.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any health-related information provided by the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lurio Neli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or any subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 (USD), whichever is greater.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data from within the App's Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to posting prohibited content on the forum or attempting to manipulate the App's systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App.
The iOS version of Sleep Suivour is licensed to you under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using the iOS App, you agree to the terms of that agreement in addition to these Terms.
